Vision In Blue
I'm sitting here in Phoenix,
thinking abut my life.
About how it was a year ago,
that I lost my wife.
I swore there'd be no other,
no one could take her place.
I tried to get on with life,
and survive the daily race.
Then suddenly, things changed,
as into my life you came.
A sweet little vision, dressed in blue,
and Jackie, is your name.
You stirred in me, feelings,
feelings long not known.
and these feelings, from friendship,
now to love, have grown.
You fill my days with laughter,
with happiness, and with glee.
But I am the happiest,
wnen we're together, you and me.
Some people never find love,
they go through life in pain.
But I feel blessed, I lost love,
and now I've found love again.
What did I do, that was so right?
I haven't got a clue.
